WELCOME TO SASO GIRLS

SASO inspires and mobilizes girls and their mothers to provide service and leadership that positively impacts local communities.  

Registration for the 2026-2027 membership year is OPEN for new and renewing members, May 1-31 (or until capacity is reached). This past year, our members volunteered with more than 30 organizations. THANK YOU for all you do to support our community.

Membership Requirements

Membership is available to moms and incoming high school girls who either live in Fairfield or attend high school in Fairfield. Existing members must have completed a minimum of three SASO events as a mother-daughter team by May 31, 2026 to be eligible to continue next year. You can register for next year now, but make sure you will have volunteered for three events by 5/31. 

New for 2026-2027 Year:

Effective June 1, 2026, mothers and daughters must complete four events together to meet membership requirements. After the completion of four events, girls can volunteer on their own.

How to Register:

Step 1: Login to the website or register to create a new account. You may be able to use an existing Membership Toolkit login.

Step 2: Update your personal information: The website should prompt you to review your personal information and sign your participation waiver. If you are signing up a new daughter for next year, please add her information. When reviewing your daughter’s information, please select this year’s 2025-2026 grade. The system will automatically update her grade over the summer.

Step 3: Click on “Register/Login.” This will take you to your “My Account” page. 

Step 4: Pay for your membership: Select the “2026/2027 Registration Payment.” The annual registration fee to join SASO is $30 per mother/daughter team. If you are registering more than one daughter, you should add multiple memberships to your shopping cart. For example, if you are enrolling two daughters for next year, you should select two memberships, and the amount due will be $60. 

For new members (or those needing new lanyards): SASO lanyards are $5 each. Please purchase during membership registration as lanyards should be worn at all SASO volunteer events by both mothers and daughters. 

Once your cart is ready, click on “Save and checkout” and follow the steps to complete payment. Your membership is not complete until you pay your registration fee. Please look for a confirmation email once your registration is complete.

What’s Next?

The new membership year starts June 1st. You will have full access to our website and can start signing up for events as soon as your registration is complete. Interested in becoming more involved with our philanthropic partners? Please inquire about open board positions!
